As Senior Manager of Communications at SAS in Cary, North Carolina, Becky specializes in creating communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire employees to deliver their best work. Prior to her current role, Becky served as Senior Strategy Director at Firstup (formerly Dynamic Signal and SocialChorus), where she advised global enterprises on launching next-level communication and engagement strategies. Her work included conducting strategy workshops, analyzing employee intelligence, and guiding organizations to align their communications with business goals. Earlier in her career, Becky spent over 15 years at SAS as Director of Communications, where she led award-winning efforts, including launching a global intranet, transitioning legacy newsletters to targeted digital tools, and championing early employee advocacy programs.
