Elizabeth Edwards is the architect of Affective Intelligence, a communication framework that explores how human biology, emotion, and instinct shape the way people receive information, make decisions, and respond to messages. Her work brings together behavioral neuroscience, communication strategy, AI, and ethics to help leaders and organizations communicate with greater clarity, credibility, and influence.
She is the founder of Volume PR, the Engagement Science Lab, and the Affect Institute. Elizabeth also serves as the Lead AI Speaker for the Public Relations Society of America and as president of the PR Consultants Group, a national network of more than 50 independent agency owners.
Over a 25-year career, Elizabeth has advised Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, healthcare organizations, universities, nonprofits, and technology companies. Her client experience includes organizations such as Sony, BMW, Charter, Novartis, Transamerica, Arizona State University, and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
