Speaker Spotlight
Kristin Graham is a former journalist turned global communications strategist who has spent more than two decades helping organizations amplify their culture, connect with audiences, and inspire action. As Founder & Chief Nerd of Unlock the Brain, she brings brain science, information psychology, and cognitive research to life—delivering smart, simple solutions for how to work and live better in an always-on world.
Her career spans senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Amazon, where she led culture and communications initiatives, taught Amazon’s famed narrative writing process to tens of thousands of employees, and worked across global teams to strengthen the company’s distinctive culture. Prior to Amazon, Kristin served as Vice President of Engagement & Communications at Expedia Group, overseeing employee experience, corporate communications, diversity & inclusion, global recruiting, and corporate philanthropy for more than 70 brands in 44 countries. She has also held key communications roles at Aon Hewitt, Allstate, and other organizations.
Kristin’s passion for human potential took root in the mid-2000s when her oldest son was diagnosed on the autism spectrum—an experience that shifted her focus from collecting achievements to understanding the mind’s untapped capabilities. Today, she designs and delivers workshops, keynotes, and consulting sessions for corporations, universities, and industry groups worldwide, blending neuroscience, storytelling, and practical tools to help people communicate, connect, and create with greater impact.
A sought-after speaker with Ragan Consulting Group and beyond, Kristin is known for her dynamic, research-driven style that makes complex concepts accessible and actionable. Whether she’s exploring productivity hacks, decoding how the brain processes information, or sharing strategies to cut through the digital noise, Kristin equips audiences to do fewer things better—and to do them with purpose.
