Libby Magliolo is a seasoned executive storyteller, corporate strategist, and PowerPoint expert passionate about simplifying presentation design and empowering professionals to deliver impactful presentations. As the Founder of The Slide Master, LLC, Libby teaches professionals at all levels—from interns to executives—how to craft visually compelling slides and deliver persuasive presentations that foster engagement, facilitate decision-making, and save time. Through hybrid and on-site workshops, she equips busy professionals with the tools to avoid "walls of text" and create dynamic, data-driven PowerPoint decks that drive results.

In addition to running her own business, Libby serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at SMU’s Cox School of Business, where she teaches MBA-level courses on business communication and presentation techniques. Her expertise extends to coaching students on how to create and deliver various types of presentations tailored to diverse corporate audiences.

Libby’s career includes extensive experience in corporate strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational health. As Director of Business Planning at Frontier Communications, she led strategic planning efforts, executive communications, and performance analytics for the SMB division, translating data into actionable insights and compelling executive narratives. At Southwest Airlines, she contributed to the company’s DEI strategic roadmap, managed organizational health initiatives, and oversaw employee engagement for a 180-person B2B sales team.

Earlier in her career, Libby held leadership roles at JCPenney and Southwest Airlines, where she demonstrated her ability to align corporate goals with actionable strategies, manage complex project portfolios, and foster collaboration across diverse teams. Her strategic expertise is complemented by her dedication to helping professionals develop clear, persuasive communication skills.
