Will Flash leads the Worldwide Learning Studios team with locations in Redmond, WA, Reading, UK, and Beijing, China for Microsoft. His 40-member team produces more than 60,000 final minutes of video content annually, in various formats, languages, and lengths and over 600 events, including virtual, hybrid, and live/in-person multi-camera events.
Will has extensive video creation experience, as on-camera talent, directing/producing, all while managing cost, timelines and output s a part of a cost recovery team inside the enterprise.
Will is part of the Microsoft Learning Lab Content Development Team—focused on mastering AI tools in developing technical and professional content, enabling learners to do more.
