Build visual systems that scale—combining proven design principles with modern AI workflows

Two instructor-led days (4 hours each day), combining strategy, live demonstrations, and hands-on execution

Thursday, March 19 & March 26  |  Live Virtual Sessions

How This Workshop Approaches Visual Communication

Visual communication rarely fails because teams lack tools. It fails because visuals are created without strategy, systems, or a shared understanding of how people actually process information.

This two-day workshop is designed to establish strong visual fundamentals and then extend them through modern AI tools—so communicators can scale quality, consistency, and impact without sacrificing clarity.

This workshop focuses on:

The science behind how visuals influence understanding and memory · Core rules and principles that govern effective visual communication · Designing infographics that clarify complex information · Evaluating where AI meaningfully supports visual work—and where it does not · Building repeatable, agentic workflows that reduce effort while increasing output

Visuals Don’t Fail Because of Tools

They Fail Because They Lack Structure

Video placeholder — visual communication principles in practice

This short video reinforces a core idea behind the workshop: even strong data and advanced tools fall flat when visuals lack hierarchy, narrative, and intent. The workshop builds the structure first—then shows how modern AI tools can extend it responsibly.

Build visual systems that scale—without sacrificing clarity.

Why You Should Attend

  • Build a strong foundation in visual communication by understanding how people process, prioritize, and remember visual information—before tools ever enter the picture.

  • Design infographics that clarify complexity using proven principles that transform dense information into clear, decision-ready visuals.

  • Evaluate AI tools with professional judgment so you know when automation supports your work—and when it undermines clarity or credibility.

  • Apply hands-on AI workflows for research, image creation, and content production without relying on pre-built decks or canned templates.

  • Create repeatable visual systems that increase output and consistency while reducing manual effort and rework.

This workshop is for communicators who want to move beyond one-off visuals and start building scalable systems that support clarity, speed, and confidence across teams.
